Server audit log
Every server keeps an audit log: a read-only history of the actions taken on it, both by people (you and your managers) and by the bot.
Opening it
- Go to snowstormbot.net/servers.
- On the server's card (under Bot installed), click the History icon.
This opens that server's audit history.
What it records
The log captures the meaningful things that happen on a server, for example:
Inviting, removing, and re-permissioning the bot.
Logs-channel setup and repair.
Feature changes and configuration.
Messages sent and scheduled, and scheduled jobs created or edited.
Moderation records added or deleted, and action commands used (timeouts, kicks, bans, nickname and role changes).
Plan-limit warnings and suspensions.
FiveM server actions and setting changes, like kicking or killing a player from the live map, letting someone through the join queue, or changing the queue, allowlist, role sync or a vMenu setting.
Support tickets being opened, claimed, closed, reopened and deleted.
Each entry shows what happened, who or what did it, and when.
When an automation or the developer API opened, closed or reopened a ticket, the entry's details say so. For an automation you see its name, the person who set it off, and whether it started from something in Discord or from the API. For the developer API the entry is credited to the owner of the API key.
Filtering
You can narrow the history by searching text, by category, and by time range, so it is easy to answer questions like "what changed on this server last week" or "who removed that scheduled job".
The audit log is read-only; it is a record, not something you edit. Entries are kept for a rolling window of recent history.
